Shipping and Charges Policy

At G6vstra, we are committed to delivering your little one's new clothing quickly and efficiently, whether you're shopping locally or internationally. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, costs, and delivery estimates.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of g6vstra's control, such as customs delays, adverse weather conditions, or carrier issues.

  • Australia Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after dispatch.

  • Australia Express Shipping: 1-3 business days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days after dispatch (depending on destination country).

3. Shipping Costs (Australia - All prices in AUD)

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total value of the items in your cart.

4. International Shipping

g6vstra ships globally! For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/dimensions of your order. Please note the following:

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees (including VAT or GST) levied by the destination country. These charges are typically collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. g6vstra has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

  • Customs Declaration: We are required by law to declare the actual value of goods on all international parcels, and we cannot mark orders as "gifts."

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

  • Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the package
