You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. For Online Orders:

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our Customer Service team at Sales@g6vstra.com or 0431788267  to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions and the RA number. Do not send items back without an RA number, as it may delay or prevent your refund/exchange.

  3. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.​

  4. Shipping:

    • Domestic Returns (within [Your Country, e.g., India]): We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for eligible returns.

    • International Returns: Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes incurred. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm its receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Processing Time: The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
